Comments: I can't believe they are still in business. They charged us for things that we didn't order, we have many times bought a NEW phone that didn't work and were given a refurbished one that looked like it had been run over by a train. We were told that you have to request a new phone, even if you just bought yours that day, or they will automatically give you a used phone. Whenever we tried to call the store, they would leave us on hold for a long time (half hour was typical) and then hang up on us. They wouldn't let us know when a phone we'd ordered had arrived. The customer service people used my first name (didn't ask if it was okay) and were completely unprofessional. When we moved, we didn't get signal at our new house, which is grounds to dissolve the contract. We were even approved to do just that but there was no communication on their end, and we had to argue with person after person that we'd already gone through the process to quit service. Eventually, on another 1.5 hour useless phone call, we were able to get out of our contract, which we should have been able to do in the very first phone call (their map shows a drop in our area, so there was nothing to check).
